Hola! my name is Amy. As an emergency department registered nurse & future Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I founded Mente Sana Co. LLC con una misión. To normalize conversations about mental health, foster healing, and honor cultural identity. My work in healthcare has shown me the urgent need for safe spaces where mental well-being is valued as much as physical health, and where culture is celebrated as a source of strength in recovery. Through Mente Sana Co.LLC, I aim to heal our comunidad by creating apparel, products, and messages that break stigma, inspire hope, and encourage self-care. Each design is rooted in compassion, clinical insight, and a commitment to mental health advocacy, porque una mente sana es el corazón de una vida saludable!
